Juan José Suárez Muñoz
Juan José has been a partner of the Firm since 2022 and offers his clients legal advice on civil and commercial litigation and commercial arbitration, as well as the design of preventive strategies for judicial disputes and the negotiation of agreements and transactions. He has represented the interests of local and multinational companies in judicial and arbitration proceedings, including banks and financial institutions, consumer goods and health services companies, construction companies, and family groups.
Juan José is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2001 (Caracas, Venezuela). Between 2004 and 2007 he completed a specialization in Commercial Law at the same University and, in 2011, he completed a Specialization in Alternative Means of Conflict Resolution at the Universidad de Salamanca (Salamanca, Spain).
Between 2002 and 2005 he was Secretary of the Second Court of First Instance for Civil, Commercial and Traffic Matters of the Judicial District of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas. Subsequently, between 2005 and 2009 he was Associate Lawyer III in the Substantiation Court of the Second Court of Administrative Litigation. Then, since 2009, he was a member of the Henríquez La Roche, Galindez & Maurell Firm.
