Arianna has been a partner of the Firm since 2026 and offers her clients legal advice on wealth management, international corporate structuring, and cross-border estate planning, with special emphasis on the design of complex fiduciary and tax vehicles. Specifically, she has represented family offices, multinational corporations, private companies and high-net-worth individuals with interests and investments across multiple global jurisdictions, including the Caribbean, the United States and Europe.
Arianna is a lawyer, who graduated from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2011 (Caracas, Venezuela). She obtained the title of Specialist in Corporate Law at the Universidad Metropolitana in 2015 (Caracas, Venezuela). As part of her international development, in 2013, she completed a professional practice at Intertrust, specializing in the cross-border corporate department and international compliance standards (Madrid, Spain).
From 2009 to 2025 she was an associate lawyer at the firm D’Empaire (Caracas, Venezuela), where she focused her practice on large-scale corporate restructurings, general corporate law counsel, exchange control regulations, and high-profile real estate transactions. Previously, in 2009, she began her professional career at the Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CEDCA) (Caracas, Venezuela), participating in the management of commercial arbitration hearings and general corporate matters.
