Verónica Altimari
Verónica has been a lawyer of the Firm since 2024. She graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Madrid, Spain) in 2017. In 2018, she further enhanced her academic background with a Master in Corporate Law from the prestigious Centro de Estudios Garrigues (Madrid, Spain). Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive experience in banking, corporate, and procedural law, working on significant international projects, which has allowed her to provide our clients with a global and strategic perspective. Since 2020, she has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
Between 2019 and 2023, she was trial attorney in the prestigious law firm Ramón y Cajal Abogados (Madrid, Spain), where she honed her expertise in high-complexity disputes, managing over 500 complex legal cases, mainly related to litigation involving contractual disputes, mortgage expenses, and revolving credit cards. Between 2023 and 2024, she joined Banco Santander as an assistant lawyer, actively contributing to the drafting and review of settlement documents and leading training sessions for external legal teams, reinforcing her practical and collaborative approach to managing corporate legal matters.
Verónica is currently part of the Corporate Law Department of SLV Consultores, advising our foreign clients in transactional matters such as international business formation, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, partnership, shareholder and LLC operating agreements, financing documents, including guarantees, promissory notes and security agreements, among others.
